Overview

Job Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration, treatments, and monitoring of patient/students’ health status.
• Assist with chronic condition management and implement care plans as directed by supervising nurses or physicians.
• Maintain accurate and timely health records, including documentation of treatments, assessments, and changes in condition.
• Respond to health emergencies, triage cases, and provide first aid when necessary.
• Support health education and promote wellness initiatives within the assigned environment.
• Communicate effectively with families, carers, medical professionals, and staff.
• Ensure compliance with state health regulations, facility policies, and nursing standards of practice.
