Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
  • Develop, implement, and oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Supervise and provide guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Analyze behavioral data and adjust intervention strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide training and support to school staff and families
  • Monitor student progress and ensure effectiveness of interventions
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and compliance records
  • Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions
  • Ensure adherence to ABA standards and educational regulations
