Job Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to students
  • Assist in implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Support behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under supervision
  • Help manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement strategies
  • Assist students with academic tasks and daily activities
  • Collect and record data on student performance and behavior
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and support staff
  • Support students during transitions and daily routines
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow school guidelines
