Job Responsibilities

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Design, supervise, and evaluate Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs
Provide clinical supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff
Monitor client progress through data analysis and adjust treatment plans as needed
Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to support client goals
Provide parent training and guidance on behavior management strategies
Ensure all services comply with ethical standards and regulatory requirements
Maintain accurate and timely documentation, reports, and treatment records
Conduct regular team meetings and case reviews
Stay current with best practices and research in behavior analysis
