We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Napa, CA. As a BCBA, you will lead the development, supervision, and implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities. You will collaborate closely with Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), families, and educators to ensure effective treatment outcomes and meaningful progress for each client.
