We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Pittsburg, California. The BCBA will lead the design, implementation, and supervision of individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs for clients with autism and other developmental disabilities. Job Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs) in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
  • Adapt curriculum and instructional strategies to meet the unique needs of students with mild to moderate disabilities.
  • Provide direct instruction in academic subjects, behavioural skills, and social-emotional development.
  • Implement positive behavioural interventions and supports to maintain a safe and productive classroom.
  • Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, specialists, and families to ensure coordinated services.
  • Assess student progress regularly and update instructional plans accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate records and required documentation of student performance and attendance.
  • Participate in IEP meetings, staff training, and professional development activities.
  • Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to support student success.
