We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Bakersfield, CA. As a BCBA, you will design, implement, and supervise Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy programs for children with autism and other developmental or behavioral challenges. You will work closely with Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), families, and school staff to ensure effective, evidence-based interventions.
