We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our educational and clinical support team in Fairfield, California for the 2026–2027 school year. The BCBA will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supervising Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs that support students with behavioral, developmental, and learning challenges.

Job Responsibilities

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
Develop, implement, and oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Supervise and provide guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Analyze behavioral data and adjust intervention strategies accordingly
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams
Provide training and support to school staff and families
Monitor student progress and ensure effectiveness of interventions
Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and compliance records
Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions
Ensure adherence to ABA standards and educational regulations
