Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
  • Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Analyze behavioral data and identify intervention needs
  • Monitor student outcomes and refine support strategies
  • Teach and reinforce appropriate replacement behaviors
  • Guide staff in consistent behavior plan implementation
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support professionals
  • Provide behavioral recommendations for IEP teams when appropriate
  • Maintain accurate behavioral reports and progress documentation
  • Support positive student engagement and independence
