Every Special Child (ESC) is seeking a highly qualified and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students with behavioral and developmental needs in Redding, CA, for the 2026–2027 school year. The BCBA will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing behavior intervention programs while collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure positive student outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
Develop, implement, and oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Supervise and provide guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Analyze behavioral data and adjust intervention strategies accordingly
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams
Provide training and support to school staff and families
Monitor student progress and ensure effectiveness of interventions
Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and compliance records
Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions
Ensure adherence to ABA standards and educational regulations
