We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Santa Cruz, CA. In this role, you will design, implement, and oversee evidence-based behavior intervention programs for students with autism spectrum disorder and other behavioral or developmental challenges. You will supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), collaborate with educators and families, and ensure high-quality ABA services that support positive behavioral and academic outcomes.
