We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Watsonville, CA. In this role, you will design, implement, and oversee evidence-based behavior intervention programs for students or clients with autism spectrum disorder and other behavioral or developmental needs. You will supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), collaborate with educators and families, and ensure high-quality ABA services that promote positive behavioral and developmental outcomes.
