We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Chula Vista, CA. The BCBA will provide leadership and oversight for applied behaviour analysis (ABA) programmes, supervise Registered Behaviour Technicians (RBTs), and work directly with clients to assess, plan, and implement individualised behaviour intervention programmes. The ideal candidate will collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to improve client outcomes.
