Job Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and care for children in a safe and nurturing environment.
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate educational and recreational activities.
• Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
• Assist with daily routines, including meals, hygiene, and transitions.
• Observe and document children’s progress, behavior, and developmental milestones.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding children’s activities, progress, and needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development opportunities.
