Job Responsibilities
Teach groups of students.
Meet each student’s learning requirements and build individual lesson plans to their specific needs.
Discuss students’ progress with parents and support staff.
Adapt learning materials to students’ needs and create Individualised Education Programs (IEPs).
Track and reflect on students’ progress.
Monitor children’s behavioural patterns and arrange appropriate interventions if needed.
Prepare students for the transition to the next grade.
Coach/mentor other professionals working with children with disabilities.
Collaborate with support staff.
Perform all other duties related to the programme.
