Job Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Provide specialized instruction for students with mild to moderate learning, behavioral, and developmental needs
  • Adapt curriculum and instructional strategies to meet individual student goals
  • Assess student progress and modify interventions as needed
  • Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and support staff
  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records
