Job Responsibilities

Conduct occupational therapy assessments and evaluations
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and therapy plans
Provide individual and group occupational therapy services
Support students with fine motor skills, sensory integration, and self-care tasks
Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and related service providers
Recommend and implement adaptive equipment and assistive strategies
Monitor and document student progress
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Ensure compliance with California and federal special education regulations
