Occupational Therapist Job in San Francisco, CA (SY 2026–2027)

Overview

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational therapy assessments based on student needs.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy goals and treatment plans.
• Provide individual and small-group occupational therapy services.
• Support students with fine motor, gross motor, sensory, and functional skills.
• Help students develop skills for classroom participation and independence.
• Implement therapy strategies and accommodations outlined in students’ IEPs.
• Monitor and document student progress toward therapy goals.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, families, and related service professionals.
• Recommend appropriate classroom strategies, adaptations, and assistive supports.
• Maintain accurate therapy records and required documentation.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive learning environment.
