Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct occupational therapy assessments and evaluations
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and therapy plans
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions
  • Support students in improving fine motor, sensory, and self-care skills
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Recommend and implement assistive devices and accommodations
  • Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
