Job Responsibilities

Conduct occupational therapy assessments and evaluations
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and therapy plans
Provide individual and group therapy sessions
Support students in improving fine motor, sensory, and self-care skills
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
Recommend and implement assistive devices and accommodations
Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
