Job Responsibilities

  • Assess students’ fine motor, sensory, self-care, and functional skills to determine needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals based on student assessments.
  • Provide direct occupational therapy services in individual and group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to integrate therapy strategies into the classroom.
  • Monitor and document student progress, updating treatment plans as necessary.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development and progress monitoring.
  • Recommend classroom modifications, adaptive equipment, and strategies to support student participation.
  • Stay current with best practices, research, and professional standards in occupational therapy.

Job Schedule
