Job Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs
Provide direct physical therapy services in school settings
Improve students' mobility, gross motor skills, strength, balance, coordination, endurance, and functional independence
Recommend adaptive equipment, mobility devices, and classroom accommodations
Collaborate with teachers, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, psychologists, nurses, and families
Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to therapy goals
Monitor student progress and maintain accurate therapy documentation
Ensure compliance with California and federal special education regulations
