Job Responsibilities

Conduct physical therapy evaluations and assessments for students
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs
Provide direct and consultative physical therapy services in school settings
Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
Collaborate with teachers, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and families
Recommend adaptive equipment and mobility supports when appropriate
Support students in improving strength, balance, coordination, mobility, and functional independence
Ensure compliance with state and federal special education regulations
Maintain timely reports, evaluations, and therapy records
