We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our behavioral support team in Davis, CA. The RBT will work directly with children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities, implementing individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Job Responsibilities

Implement behaviour intervention plans and therapy programmes as designed by a supervising BCBA.
Provide one-on-one behavioural therapy to clients in clinical or home settings.
Collect accurate data on client progress and behaviour.
Monitor and document sessions, providing detailed reports to the supervising BCBA.
Assist in teaching functional, communication, social, and adaptive skills.
Maintain a safe, supportive, and structured environment for clients.
Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to ensure consistent intervention.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain RBT certification.
