We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join a dynamic educational team in Lancaster, CA for the 2026–2027 school year. The RBT will work directly with students, primarily those with autism and other developmental disabilities, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Job Responsibilities

Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision
Provide one-on-one support to students with behavioral needs
Collect and record accurate data on student behavior and progress
Assist in reinforcing positive behavior strategies
Support students in academic, social, and daily living skills
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff
Maintain detailed session notes and documentation
Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Ensure compliance with ABA standards and school policies
