We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Malibu, California. In this role, you will work directly with children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental needs. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will implement individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans focused on improving communication, social skills, adaptive behaviors, and emotional regulation.
