We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join a dynamic educational team in Morgan Hill, California for the 2026–2027 school year. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and support students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.

Job Responsibilities

Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision
