We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our school-based or clinical team in Pacheco, California. The RBT will provide direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental or behavioral needs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Job Responsibilities

Implement behaviour intervention plans and therapy programmes as designed by a supervising BCBA.
Provide one-on-one behavioural therapy to clients in clinical or home settings.
Collect accurate data on client progress and behaviour.
Monitor and document sessions, providing detailed reports to the supervising BCBA.
Assist in teaching functional, communication, social, and adaptive skills.
Maintain a safe, supportive, and structured environment for clients.
Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to ensure consistent intervention.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain RBT certification.
