We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to students in school-based or pediatric settings in Red Bluff, CA. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the RBT will implement individualized behavior intervention plans and support students in developing communication, social, academic, and daily living skills.

Job Responsibilities

  • Implement behaviour intervention plans and therapy programmes as designed by a supervising BCBA.
  • Provide one-on-one behavioural therapy to clients in clinical or home settings.
  • Collect accurate data on client progress and behaviour.
  • Monitor and document sessions, providing detailed reports to the supervising BCBA.
  • Assist in teaching functional, communication, social, and adaptive skills.
  • Maintain a safe, supportive, and structured environment for clients.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to ensure consistent intervention.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain RBT certification.
