We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct behavior intervention services to students and clients in Redding, CA. The RBT works under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans and support positive behavioral and social development.

Job Responsibilities

Implement behaviour intervention plans and therapy programmes as designed by a supervising BCBA.
Provide one-on-one behavioural therapy to clients in clinical or home settings.
Collect accurate data on client progress and behaviour.
Monitor and document sessions, providing detailed reports to the supervising BCBA.
Assist in teaching functional, communication, social, and adaptive skills.
Maintain a safe, supportive, and structured environment for clients.
Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to ensure consistent intervention.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain RBT certification.
