We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Riverside, CA. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide direct behavioral intervention services to individuals with autism and other developmental disorders. Responsibilities include implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting and recording data, supporting skill development, and collaborating with families and clinical teams. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for making a positive impact on clients’ lives.
