We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behaviour Technician (RBT) to join our team in San Clemente, CA. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism and other developmental needs. The ideal candidate is patient, motivated, and passionate about helping children achieve meaningful progress in communication, social, and behavioural skills.
