We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our school-based or clinical team in San Pablo, CA. In this role, you will provide direct behavioral support and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental or behavioral challenges. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will help implement behavior intervention plans that promote skill development and positive behavior change.
