We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Santa Barbara, CA. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) services to children with autism and other developmental needs. This role focuses on supporting skill development, behavior reduction, and meaningful progress toward individualized goals.
