Job Responsibilities

  • Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision
  • Provide one-on-one support to students with behavioral needs
  • Collect and record accurate data on student behavior and progress
  • Assist in reinforcing positive behavior strategies
  • Support students in academic, social, and daily living skills
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff
  • Maintain detailed session notes and documentation
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions
  • Ensure compliance with ABA standards and school policies
  • Promote a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment
