A dedicated and motivated Registered Behaviour Technician (RBT) is needed to support students within a school-based setting in Templeton, MA. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) to implement behaviour intervention plans and provide direct support to students with autism and other developmental or behavioural needs.

Job Responsibilities

Implement behaviour intervention plans and therapy programmes as designed by a supervising BCBA.
Provide one-on-one behavioural therapy to clients in clinical or home settings.
Collect accurate data on client progress and behaviour.
Monitor and document sessions, providing detailed reports to the supervising BCBA.
Assist in teaching functional, communication, social, and adaptive skills.
Maintain a safe, supportive, and structured environment for clients.
Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to ensure consistent intervention.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain RBT certification.
