Registered Behavior Technician Job in Tracy, CA

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct behavioral support services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental or behavioral needs in Tracy, CA. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

Job Responsibilities

  • Implement behaviour intervention plans and therapy programmes as designed by a supervising BCBA.
  • Provide one-on-one behavioural therapy to clients in clinical or home settings.
  • Collect accurate data on client progress and behaviour.
  • Monitor and document sessions, providing detailed reports to the supervising BCBA.
  • Assist in teaching functional, communication, social, and adaptive skills.
  • Maintain a safe, supportive, and structured environment for clients.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to ensure consistent intervention.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain RBT certification.

Job Schedule

  • 5x7.5 shifts or 5x8
