We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our school-based or clinical team in Vallejo, CA. In this role, you will provide direct behavioral support to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental or behavioral needs. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will implement evidence-based behavior intervention plans to promote positive behavior change and skill development.

Job Responsibilities

Implement behaviour intervention plans and therapy programmes as designed by a supervising BCBA.
Provide one-on-one behavioural therapy to clients in clinical or home settings.
Collect accurate data on client progress and behaviour.
Monitor and document sessions, providing detailed reports to the supervising BCBA.
Assist in teaching functional, communication, social, and adaptive skills.
Maintain a safe, supportive, and structured environment for clients.
Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to ensure consistent intervention.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain RBT certification.
