We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one behavioral therapy and support services to students in Palo Alto, CA. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs, track progress, and help students achieve academic, social, and behavioral goals.

Job Responsibilities

Implement behaviour intervention plans and therapy programmes as designed by a supervising BCBA.
Provide one-on-one behavioural therapy to clients in clinical or home settings.
Collect accurate data on client progress and behaviour.
Monitor and document sessions, providing detailed reports to the supervising BCBA.
Assist in teaching functional, communication, social, and adaptive skills.
Maintain a safe, supportive, and structured environment for clients.
Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to ensure consistent intervention.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain RBT certification.
