Job Responsibilities

  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients
  • Collect and record accurate data on client behaviors and progress
  • Assist in skill acquisition programs, including communication, social, and daily living skills
  • Manage challenging behaviors using approved strategies and techniques
  • Collaborate with supervisors, caregivers, and team members to ensure consistent care
  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients
  • Prepare session materials and follow treatment protocols
  • Attend team meetings, training sessions, and supervision as required
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with all ethical and professional standards
