We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Napa, CA. In this role, you will provide direct, one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental needs. You will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans focused on communication, social skills, behavior reduction, and adaptive functioning.
