We are seeking motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support students with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental or behavioral needs in school settings across Stockton, CA. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the RBT will implement behavior intervention plans and provide one-on-one or small-group support to help students achieve academic and behavioral goals.

Job Responsibilities

  • Implement behaviour intervention plans and therapy programmes as designed by a supervising BCBA.
  • Provide one-on-one behavioural therapy to clients in clinical or home settings.
  • Collect accurate data on client progress and behaviour.
  • Monitor and document sessions, providing detailed reports to the supervising BCBA.
  • Assist in teaching functional, communication, social, and adaptive skills.
  • Maintain a safe, supportive, and structured environment for clients.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to ensure consistent intervention.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain RBT certification.
