Job Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical, emotional, and developmental needs.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and document findings accurately in medical records.
• Provide patient and family education regarding care, treatment, and health management.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare team members.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
• Respond promptly to patient emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and quality improvement initiatives
