Job Responsibilities

Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate students’ learning, emotional, behavioral, and social needs.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to create and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and intervention strategies.
Provide individual and group counseling to support students in overcoming social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
Partner with educators and staff to develop strategies that improve classroom behavior management and create positive learning environments.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to review student progress, design intervention approaches, and coordinate referrals to outside agencies when necessary.
Monitor and track student progress, adjusting interventions to ensure academic achievement and emotional growth.
Provide crisis intervention and support to students and families during times of emotional distress or trauma.
