Job Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one and small group support to students
Assist in implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Support behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under supervision
Help manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement strategies
Assist students with academic tasks and daily activities
Collect and record data on student performance and behavior
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and support staff
Support students during transitions and daily routines
Maintain accurate documentation and follow school guidelines
Promote a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment
