Job Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for DHH students
Provide specialized instruction based on individual student needs and educational goals
Adapt curriculum, instructional materials, and teaching strategies for accessibility
Use appropriate communication methods and instructional approaches for Deaf and Hard of Hearing learners
Monitor academic, behavioral, communication, and social-emotional progress
Maintain accurate student records, progress reports, and educational documentation
Collaborate with teachers, families, interpreters, administrators, and related service providers
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Implement accommodations, modifications, and assistive supports as required
Promote student independence, confidence, and classroom participation
Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment
