We are seeking a caring, patient, and motivated Special Education Paraprofessional to support students with special needs in Concord, CA. In this role, you will work closely with Special Education Teachers, therapists, and school staff to help students achieve academic, behavioral, and social success. You will assist with classroom instruction, behavior support, accommodations, and daily routines to ensure each student receives the individualized support they need.
