Job Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs) in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
Adapt curriculum and instructional strategies to meet the unique needs of students with mild to moderate disabilities.
Provide direct instruction in academic subjects, behavioral skills, and social-emotional development.
Implement positive behavioral interventions and supports to maintain a safe and productive classroom.
Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, specialists, and families to ensure coordinated services.
Assess student progress regularly and update instructional plans accordingly.
Maintain accurate records and required documentation of student performance and attendance.
