Job Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Provide specialized academic instruction and intervention services for students with mild to moderate disabilities
Assess student progress and adjust instructional strategies based on individual needs
Collaborate with general education teachers to ensure appropriate accommodations and modifications
Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Implement evidence-based instructional and behavioral support strategies
Support students in developing academic, organizational, study, and self-advocacy skills
Communicate regularly with parents, guardians, and school staff regarding student progress
