Job Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Provide specialized instruction for students with extensive support needs
Adapt curriculum, instructional materials, and teaching strategies to meet individual student goals
Implement behavior support plans and evidence-based intervention strategies
Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, support staff, and families
Assess student progress and modify instructional approaches as needed
Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Support the development of communication, social, academic, daily living, and functional life skills
